The Challenge: Post the credit card breach at Target, there uncertainty and team morale was low. Research surfaced teams were seeking motivation and some value add to bring their dreams come to life. How do we reach all the team members across the country, Alaska and Hawaii? And how to create an engaging platform that encourages them to share their dreams and see them come to life and increase brand love?
